Class Experience
Hello! This course is for those students with familiarity with the Procreate app who are ready to expand their knowledge into creating their own brushes using the powerful Brush Studio Tool within Procreate. If your learner is unfamiliar with Procreate and would like to learn how to use the app at a basic level so they can approach this subject next - please let me know and we can set up a class meeting for that! Description: This course is all about exploring the Brush Studio in Procreate...
Students will gain & improve their knowledge of the Brush Studio in the Procreate App. We will cover Basic functions as well as Advanced tools & techniques...then they will create incredible brushes & amaze your faces off with their skills!
I have been drawing for 35 years and using this app for the last 5 years as my main medium for art.
No homework - just practice using the functions that are discussed in the class. You *could* ALSO take what you learn...draw something awesome...then send it to me to show me the cool stuff you can do now. That is your choice though.
The following are also suggested or required: iPad - [REQUIRED] Procreate App - [REQUIRED] Apple Pencil - [OPTIONAL] but STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! A pair of nice sunglasses to add to how cool you're going to look while creating beautiful brushes. [OPTIONAL but *highly* recommended]
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents! Please note that this course is a bundle of Pre-Recorded videos that I maintain so they are up to date with the current version of Procreate. This is NOT a live class and the interaction between students and myself is completely optional but I am available at all times to participate, help and further explain features with any student that wishes to interact.
