What We’ll Do: • Bake Elphaba Cupcakes: Learn how to make wickedly green cupcakes from scratch. We’ll guide you through each step of the process, from mixing the batter to decorating your cupcakes with a magical twist. • Interactive Trivia Games: Test your knowledge of Wicked with fun and engaging trivia games. See if you can remember lyrics, characters, and key moments from the musical. • Sing-Along Fun: Sing along and share your favorite songs from Wicked as we bake. It’s a fantastic way to combine your love for theater and baking! Class Details: • Duration: 75 minutes • Level: Suitable for all levels of bakers and cooking experience • Recommended Ages: 10-15 What You’ll Need: • A list of ingredients and supplies will be provided upon registration. Make sure to have everything ready before class starts! • An adult helper is recommended for younger bakers to assist with the oven and any tricky steps. Preparation: 1. Prepare Your Space: Clean up your kitchen and preheat your oven. A tidy space makes baking more enjoyable! 2. Prepare Your Ingredients and Supplies: Gather and optionally pre-measure your ingredients with adult help. 3. Prepare Yourself: Tie back your hair, put on an apron or something you don’t mind getting dirty, and wash your hands. The class is for all experince levels. For learners new to baking, I suggest having a parent or guarding pre-measure ingredients for your recipe in advance of the start of class.

Hello Outschool Learners and Families! My name is Christine Sabina, a passionate former High School Drama teacher originally from Miami FL but now based in Houston, TX! I’m thrilled to be bringing my Broadway Bake series of classes to life! Combining my love for theater with the joy of baking and cooking, I’ve designed these classes to be a delightful experience for kids of all ages and experience levels.
In my classes, we don’t just bake—we perform! I incorporate fun activities like trivia, dance, song, and improv, making each session a dynamic and entertaining adventure. As we walk through a fun and simple recipe, students will not only learn to bake but also get a taste of the theatrical arts.
