Week 1: Queen Elizabeth II Learn how the longest-reigning monarch has changed the world from being a mechanic in World War II, mother, grandmother, and ambassador of the United Kingdom. Her influence has shaped how the world sees the United Kingdom. Her death how it changed England. Week 2: King Charles III Learn about his impact on the environment through his work at Highgrove Estate and also learn how KIng Charles has changed from the young Prince of Wales to the King of England. Week 3: Prince William Learn how this modern one-day-to-be King is impacting the youth and making an impact in the world. Also, learn about Princess Diana's influence in his life, his involvement in mental health, and the youth. Week 4: Kate Middleton Learn how her impact has helped bridge the gap of modern-day Royals. We will take a look at her fashion style, her impact as a mother, and how this ordinary woman is influencing other young people to make a difference. Subject to change.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how the Royals still impact the world (through their work with charities to how they are making a difference in reaching young people). Learn how the Queen herself has changed through time, embracing new ideas, and learn how the new Royals are changing how the monarch is viewed.

I am originally from Britain, and as a child, I went around many stately homes. I have taken many classes in history and my love for history has grown over the years, that I would love to share this love to allow students to see that history can be fun to learn.
