In this class, students will engage in a daily routine to become immersed in a new language through speaking, listening, writing and learning to read. This class also involves conversation, music (1x week) and basic math concepts.

1 hour per week. Learner progress will be assessed daily during each lesson as the teacher sees and hears that they are becoming independent when reciting learned information and engaging in conversation by asking and answering questions in the target language. Every 5th lesson includes activities that review and check for understanding and provoke learners to recall information learned throughout the week. Students will have individual turns to demonstrate progress and understanding. Parents can also assess their own child's progress as they become more independent during their participation in class as well as how they are using learned information outside of class.Certificate of Completion

In this class, you will learn important concepts such as the days of the week, months of the year, how to read and write the date, numbers, colors, shapes, counting, number order, letter names and sounds, rhyming and word reading and recognition. You will have daily practice to improve your skills in this new language which includes conversation. During the course, the teacher will be using slides to ensure that students can clearly see the information. The teacher will also be using their hands, facial expressions, voice intonation, and body movements to both engage and help students learn and understand what is being taught. Moreover, we will use chanting, rhyming, singing, and a lot of call and response activities to make learning fun and interactive.
