In this 8-week small group class, students will learn about their brain, how to control emotions, and how to strengthen the brain so that we can be resilient, mindful, adaptable, and a BRAIN BOSS!
Class experience
Being able to adapt and be resilient is a necessary skill. However, this can be hard when you're young! In this 8-week small group class, learners will learn about how three parts of the brain (the Prefrontal Cortex, the Hippocampus, and the Amygdala) work and why we can sometimes lose control of our emotions.
