ᴡʜᴀᴛ'ꜱ ᴄᴏᴏᴋɪɴ' ɪɴ ᴄʟᴀꜱꜱ (Contains Gluten | Eggs, and Dairy) French Crepes With a Variety of filling options (provided well before class) ᴍᴀᴛᴇʀɪᴀʟꜱ Recipe(s) will be provided 24hrs. before class with the inventory/equipment list available to review both below and in the classroom. Please have your learner arrive at the workshop prepared with their ingredients weighed out so they are ready to bake. ɪɴᴛᴇʀᴀᴄᴛɪᴏɴ We will be WORKSHOPPING in the kitchen. Learners will work along with our chefs as they create these delicious treats. This project will take all 55 minutes to complete though sometimes when the class is small we may finish up a bit earlier. This ensures we have ample time to get all of our projects completed. Everything will be available in the classroom for their perusal for an additional 30 days - and our chefs are available to answer questions that may arise via the learner tab. Chefs are available during the class week for questions, clarifications, advice, and feedback. Thank you for checking out our listing! 🍬 ᴘᴀʀᴇɴᴛꜱ🍬 You may not have everything you need for this course, YET! Please review the required supplies and inventory. It is a good idea for your learner to know their way around your kitchen. We do not require videos to be on, (after initial check-in), during this workshop-style class, but it does help us to help your learner if they are struggling with the project! We limit the number of bakers to 4 per class. If there are more than 4 learners enrolled, we will have two chefs; a lead chef instructor, and a chef mentor in the classroom to assist with the skills. One chef will be doing the steps along with the learners with on-screen/flat-lay views, and the other chef will be engaging the learners, monitoring their projects, and helping them stay on task in larger classes. 🍬ᴘᴏʟɪᴄɪᴇꜱ🍬 As chefs and pastry instructors we have been teaching for over 16 years, (the last 4 on Outschool for little learners too!). You really cannot find better classes to learn how to master techniques in culinary and pastry arts. We do not provide refunds if you miss a class unless there is an emergency (on a case-by-case basis), the recording will no longer be available in the classroom as Outschool has changed its recording and archiving policies making it difficult to utilize the recording for make-up lessons or follow on due to only recording in the gallery view. We do this to protect our young learners as there is no benefit to using the video as you will not be able to view the steps in full screen/spotlight mode. With that said, we will provide a clean and clear video of the process for your learner inside the classroom so they may re-make these treats as often as they like. Additionally, our chefs are more than happy to provide additional instruction if required or we will offer you a no-cost transfer to a different class, when available. Thanks for reading all of this. A little kitchen experience is very helpful for our youngest bakers, sharp tools, hot stoves, and ovens mean some of our bakers may need a little bit of supervision and/or assistance in the kitchen. This is a crepe workshop and if there are more than 4 learners enrolled, we will have two chefs; a lead chef instructor and a chef mentor in the classroom to assist with the skills. One chef will be doing the steps along with the learners with on-screen/flat lay views, and the other chef will be engaging the learners, monitoring their projects, and helping them stay on task in larger classes.
