Students will learn how to shift their negative self-talk to positive self-talk so that they can increase self-esteem and self-confidence.
Class experience
Through discussion and drawing, students will learn the difference between negative and positive self-talk and how self-talk affects their lives. Then they will transform the negative self-talk into positive self-talk and will create affirmations and drawings of things they want to improve on or brand new things they want to create in their lives.
I am a life coach for kids, and a children's book author. I wrote a book for kids on this subject, because I feel like kids don't get enough guidance on how to have self-love and increase self-esteem and confidence. As a kid, I needed this guidance and it wasn't there. I want to help kids live the best life they can by teaching them skills that help them soar with confidence!
