Class Experience
Students will improve their understanding of strong characters, moral dilemmas of peer pressure, fitting in, and the power of fitting out to be yourself along with rising action, conflict, theme development, strong decision-making and figurative language. Vocabulary development and comprehension work are always key parts of my book clubs.
Prior to class number one please read to the end of chapter 16, page 84 For the last class please read to the conclusion of the novel.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
