Join me for a six-week, self-paced engaging and fun course for the beginner learner where we will learn all about our muscular sty system.   We will learn the role of our muscular system, names and locations of muscles and ways we can keep our muscles healthy and strong.  In addition to the content, students will have lots of opportunities for movement breaks.

🌟 Join us for a fun and engaging self-paced course where students will learn all about their muscles: role of muscular system, muscle types, names and locations of muscles, and ways to keep our muscular system strong and healthy through our weekly lessons + custom digital resources for showcasing their learning.

🚨NOTE: All lessons are pre-recorded with no live sessions.

C O M M U N I C A T I O N:  The exit ticket each week is required to show student learning.  Your student is not expected to communicate with me, but I would be so grateful if they did!  All communication from your child will be met with communication back from me within a couple of school days, but no longer than one week.


P L E A S E  N O T E :

👟I recommend your child be dressed for physical activity when partaking in movement breaks.   
💧Having a water bottle handy would also be beneficial

 Students will learn the role of our muscular system

Types of Muscles
 Students will learn about voluntary and involuntary muscle groups and their role 
Lesson 3:
How muscles work
 Students will learn parts of the muscle itself and how the muscle moves 
Lesson 4:
Muscle Groups
 Students will learn the names and locations of major muscle groups

This class is designed to meet a variety of learning needs. Audio, visual and movement lesson and activities will be utilized.

PARENT SUMMARY Join me for a six-week, self-paced engaging and fun course for the beginner learner where we will learn all about our muscular system. We will learn names and locations of muscles and ways we can keep our muscles healthy and strong. In addition to the content, students will have lots of opportunities for movement breaks. 🚨 NOTE: Students have the option to partake in brain break/exercise videos. Nothing is needed except space to move, a water bottle and a smile!
