Class Experience

In this one time course, learners will enjoy a story, hanging out with other kids, and we will be opening a mystery blind bag(provided by the parent). The class will begin with an original story about a little girl named Summer who works hard to earn chore money to go shopping. She decides to buy a mystery blind bag. The story will be on a slide show with lots of pictures. Learners will then be asked about ways they can earn money to buy toys and what their favorite blind mystery bags are. We will then talk about different types of blind bags that are online and in store. We will talk about the printable that comes with the class which is a coloring page of bags that the learner can draw their favorite mystery bags on. Then we will allow each child a chance to open their mystery blind bag and share it with the other learners. I will join in the fun and be opening a mystery blind bag too!
Note: In order for the class to be fun each students needs to have a blind mystery bag purchased by parent ahead of class. Any type of mystery blind bag will work. Just make sure it's a new one the learner has never opened before.

Hello my name is Tanesha Poly. I am a homeschooling mom of five. I love learning and researching different curriculum and activities to keep my kids learning and engaged. Before I became a mom I worked as an educational interpreter for the deaf and hard of hearing. I worked with children of all ages teaching, aiding, and interpreting for them. I have an associates of arts degree and a certificate in American Sign Language. My kids have enjoyed taking classes on Outschool and I hope to provide the same type of fun enjoyable classes for others! I love cooking, baking, organizing, and taking pictures of my kids!
