Just what IS tea? In this class we will explore the history, methods and types of herbs that make the beverage commonly known as tea.
Class experience
Please note that winter sessions are often held on consecutive days as opposed to weekly. Please make sure to check the schedule before enrolling! The term tea encompasses many different beverages made from herbs, but there's more to tea than just boiling some water and adding a few leaves! In our first class we will learn about the history of tea, as well as it's many different forms. In our second class we will learn how to blend and brew your own teas for maximum flavor and benefits...
