Class experience

US Grade 5 - 8
Beginner - Advanced Level
This class is taught in English.
Students will learn new scientific vocabulary.
Students will share stimulating conversations on the topic of birds with fellow bird enthusiasts.
Students will have a chance to share their knowledge of birds.
The teacher has been teaching animal-related classes on Outschool since March of 2020.  She was a kindergarten-4th grade public school teacher for thirty years and currently teaches STEM workshops for PBS Kids. She comes from a family full of bird nerds! 🦚 
Homework Offered
This class will be very interactive with students sharing their pets, photos, and facts about birds they would like to introduce to everyone else. Teacher-created worksheets and coloring sheets are optional.
