Class Experience

We will explore the beauty of watercolor while learning about negative space. Students will learn to control the water to paint mix to achieve proper value. We will discuss what colors to begin a watercolor with, and how to use a background to create a foreground. We will have some basic colors to use and mixing our own colors will be encouraged. A little color theory is always thrown into the lesson. My teaching style is to give enough instruction to keep everyone on track while letting each person's individuality be expressed as well.
