This is a fun biology class that looks at animal evolution and development through the odd and strange adaptive features that emerged. This is part one of a multi-part series, and classes can be taken in any order. This class will focus on the weird and wacky life in North America, to show how animals adapt to their environment. We will discuss a variety of life, from insects to mammals, to get a better understanding of our planet Earth, and how we all have adapted to life here. Students will...
Students will improve their understanding of biology through the lens of specific North American animal adaptions.
No required homework, but students will receive a one page handout after class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
