Description

Class Experience

This 5 week class will permit you to learn all about DNA, its replication, the transcription, RNAs, and the traduction into proteins.

Week 1: DNA definition and DNA extraction
Week 2:  DNA replication
Week 3: Transcription and RNAs
Week 4: Traduction and proteins
Week 5: time to play a game called "DNA crime lab"

This class is interactive. All documents needed will be provided at the beginning of the class. For the game during the 5th week, learners will have all access to their resources...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

40 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
