Parental Guidance
If students are not properly supervised, injuries could occur. This is a physical fitness class as we will be dancing in routines and moving around. Parents should be aware that a large workout space is needed, hard wood floors or some type of cement or hard surface to tap dance on so sounds can be heard, water bottles for dancers so they can stay hydrated, and to make sure dancing space is free of items that could be knocked over. Also, it is important for dancers to stretch and warm up beforehand so they don't pull any muscles while taking this class. Thank you for your participation and cooperation in keeping dancers safe.
Supply List
Tap shoes, comfortable clothes, water bottle. I would recommend a large enough space to allow your child to move and dance freely without bumping into furniture and objects. Also, please make sure items are picked up off the floor so the dancer can't trip over anything while dancing. Also, please make sure the floor is dry so the dancer won't slip and fall either.
