This class is taught in English.

Students will learn vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure related to basic concepts in the target language, while building confidence in their reading and speaking abilities.

I hold my bachelor's degree in Spanish and have taken numerous education courses. I am an ELE (teaching Spanish as a foreign language) certified teacher. I have had the opportunity to experience the cultures of various Spanish speaking countries. While studying abroad in Costa Rica, I completed advanced coursework in grammar, literature, composition, and conversation. Before staying home to raise my own children, I taught high school Spanish I, II, and III. I pride myself on making content interactive and engaging, so that students retain the material and desire to learn more!
