Welcome to Level 2 Beginner Cello Group class. In this class, we will continue to build our cello skills on the D and A strings. Week 1 - Review D major scale, Hot Cross Buns & Mary Had a Little Lamb Weeks 2-4 - New repertoire on the D and A strings - French Folk Song, Twinkle, Boil 'Em Cabbage Down If you haven't taken the first cello group class, please message me before joining to ensure that the level will be appropriate. As long as you have some experience playing with the bow on the D and A strings, you should be good, but please check in to be sure! In this class we will also learn more about music notation. Class schedule may be adjusted depending on learners' interests, ideas & skills. If time permits, we might explore harmony parts for some of our repertoire. Please contact me with any questions about this class.

All learners must have an appropriate size cello & bow. Please contact me for assistance if you are unsure what size instrument your learner needs.
