After all introductions are done, your student will participate in a conversation surrounding how Morse Code is still used today and why it is still important as a life skill. As the teacher, I will write out a sentence and then send the message to the students using an Android app called "CW Studio." All together we will learn the two different characters that make up all Morse Code: the dash "-" (pronounced dah) and the dot "." (pronounced dit). We will proceed by learning the second half...

I am licensed as a General Amateur Radio Operator KC2SAL and I have used Morse Code to communicate to real radio operators all over the United States.
