Beginner Korean 1 - Learn to Introduce Yourself and Present Tense! FLEX
Class experience
Did you finish studying the Korean characters Hangul? Then, let's begin the next step! In this 4 week class, we're going to study how to introduce yourself in Korean, how to say what you like, the most basic verbs in present tense, and practice it with a native Korean teacher. You'll be able to say your name, how old you are, where you're from, and what you like in Korean after this class. This is a flex class version of my live Beginner Korean 1 class, so there are no live meetings, but...

This class is taught in English.
Learners will be able to introduce themselves in Korean. Learners will learn some basic vocabulary to introduce themselves, the most basic Korean verbs, and how the verbs are used in present tense.
I'm a native Korean speaker, a professional Korean language tutor and instructor for 7 years, and have a bachelor's degree. I'm fluent in both Korean and English. I received perfect scores in all Korean language tests including the Korean SAT. I worked in my college press, as well as in thesis correction for my department at my university. I lived in Korea for 28 years and moved to the US for my Ph.D. I have experience teaching Korean language to both Korean native students and non-native students, for more than 7 years now!
Homework Offered
Each week, the teacher will give the learners a simple and optional homework. It's like "introduce yourself on the paper and send it to the teacher. Share it with the other students in the next class, if you are okay with it, but it's okay not to do, if you don't feel like to do it." It's going to be a great practice to read, write, speak, and listen. I know that people have a different way to study, so I just suggest this homework but it's optional! I wouldn't mind it even if you don't want to share with other students or you don't do the homework. Everybody has a different way to study, and I'm just a guide on your way :)Assessments Offered
