We will read Article II and Article I section 7 of the US Constitution and learn what are the legal requirements for being President. Then we will go through what the President has the authority to do, followed by what a typical day as President might look like. At the end of the class the students will be able to answer the following questions: 1. What are the legal requirements of being President? 2. What are the duties of the President? 3. What can the President do? 4. What does the President control? 5. What does the President do in a day? There will be additional activities provided if the student would like to learn more.
