Welcome to the Basic Geometry course! In this class, our goal is to help you achieve a solid foundation in Geometry. By the end of this course, learners will be able to: 1. Understand basic geometric concepts such as lines, angles, and shapes. 2. Solve problems involving congruence, similarity, and transformations. 3. Calculate perimeter, area, and volume of geometric figures. 4. Apply geometry to real-life situations such as map reading and architecture. 5. Develop critical thinking skills by analyzing and solving complex geometric problems. We will achieve these goals through a combination of lectures, class discussions, and hands-on activities. Learners will have access to a variety of resources, including Khan Academy, worksheets, and one-on-one tutoring. To help us stay on track, learners will be expected to attend each class, complete homework assignments, and participate in group activities. By working together and supporting each other, we can achieve our goals and develop a strong understanding of geometry. Let's get started!
