US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
I will begin the class by singing a Hello song, greet the students, and teach them the Hello song I use at the beginning of all my classes. I will read the book "Barn Dance" and then teach the students the “Take Me Out to the Barnyard” song. The students will then trace the words “barn”, “dance”, and “goose” (please print the worksheet that can be found under the welcome comment in the classroom). While the students are coloring the farm animals on the worksheet, I will read them the “The Day the Goose Got Loose” book. I will then teach them the song "The Goose Got Loose". At the end of class, I will teach them a goodbye song that I use at the end of all my classes. During this class, your child will be encouraged to sing along and talk about farm animals. Please print the pdf file that can be found under the welcome comment in the classroom so your child can trace the letters and color with us. I look forward to seeing your child in this class!
