Ballerina Princess Dance Camp - Crafts, Games, Beginner Ballet, Social Skills
In this three-day ballerina princess dance camp, we will cover fun beginner ballet skills, play ballerina princess games, make new friends, build social skills, and have fun princess ballerina crafts/activities. Grab your favorite princess attire, and join me!

In this ballerina princess summer dance camp, your little princess is sure to have so much fun. Each class will consist of a short ballet class, where your learner will develop core, beginner ballet skills, as well as developed a love for dance. The class will also consist of a fun craft and/or fun worksheet/coloring sheet with a ballerina princess theme, as well as fun princess games. Your learner is sure to love this summer camp and is encouraged to wear their favorite princess attire and tiara. At the start of class, we will have a short warm-up. This will stretch our bodies out to prevent any injuries. After our warm-up, we will go through a set of ballet movements, adding on a new one each day. We will take a short break to complete our first coloring page, while we all decide on what princess song we should use for our dance. Over the course of the three days, we are together, your little princess will learn a dance. At the end of our last class, parents are encouraged to come in and watch their little one performer. Little ones love this idea, and they even have the opportunity to have a say in how the dance is choreographed. After we finish our first coloring sheet of the day, we will take time to work on our ballet dance. If there is time, your little one will play a ballet-based princess game. We will then color one more page, curtsey, and be on our way for the day.

Supply List
-For this class, we will have at most, six handouts that will need to be printed out for your ballerina princess. Your student will also need a set of their favorite coloring equipment, as some of the handouts will be coloring pages. The handouts will be emailed out prior to the summer camp's start date. -Your princess ballerina is encouraged to attend each day in her favorite princess attire, as well as ballet slippers. (although this is not required) -I recommend having an open space, in order for your student to have room for movement, which will be important when we are in the ballet section of the class. -Although it is not required, your student may become thirsty during class, so attending each day with a water bottle is also recommended. -Brief stretching beforehand is strongly encouraged, in order to prevent strain on the body, although each class will start with a small warm-up.
