In this one time class you will make homemade dough and assemble your pizza.
Class experience
Students will learn to measure out their ingredients. They will learn the importance in the order in which to add ingredients to get the perfect pizza dough. They will see how the yeast is important when making yeast pizza dough. What a great opportunity to make personal size or larger size pizza for family and friends.
Learners will learn the order that a pizza is assembled. Rolling out dough and adding their homemade pizza sauce or pre-made pizza sauce. Weather a cheese pizza or their favorite toppings to complete their pizza.
This is the foundation to continue more advanced techniques.
Homework Offered
Bake finished pizza and upload picture once baked. 20 minutes.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Yeast Flour Salt Sugar Tomato paste/or store bought pizza sauce Oil Cheese Other optional toppings Bowl
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Younger children may need help pre-heating the oven and removing pizza from hot oven.
