Outros
Goodbyes
This is a simple recipe with no baking experience required.
Ingredients are listed below and your own variations are welcome unless noted otherwise.

Baking is a fun and easy way to practice working towards an end goal. Seeing the finished product will be rewarding (and yummy!) and sharing something you made yourself with loved ones makes it so special.

*If you don't see a time that works for you, please use the "Request Another Time" feature. I'll do my best to accommodate requests.

See you in the kitchen!! :)
Learning Goals
Students will make their very own Halloween-themed chocolate bark to eat themselves or share with others.

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Learner may need adult help with microwave portion (hot melted chocolate) and/or pouring the mixture onto parchment once melted (may be heavy for some).
Supply List
8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper
Microwave-safe bowl
Spoon or spatula for mixing and spreading
1 24 oz bag of chocolate chips (I will be using semi-sweet but whatever your learner's preference is will work)
Halloween-themed/preferred toppings can include:
mini marshmallows
crushed potato chips
chopped/crumbled cookies
pretzels
candies
nuts
raisins
Halloween themed sprinkles
*Please note: toppings are entirely up to your learner. This bark is easily adaptable and the recipe can be altered to personal taste. The chocolate can be anything from dark chocolate chips to white chocolate bars. The topping choices allow the learner to look around and be creative with what they want to add to the recipe to make it their own!
