In this multi-day adventure camp, students will be introduced to some of the world's most 'awe-mazing' animals, their behaviors, and habitats.
Class experience
US Grade 1 - 3
In this 50 minute, multi day adventure camp, students will be introduced to some of the world's most 'awe-mazing' animals: the world's loudest reptile, a dancing spider, mammals that lay eggs, and more! Students will be amazed by the animals' physical characteristics, discuss their unique behaviors, and even go on an adventure to explore their habitats. This class will be a teacher presentation - class discussion/interaction format which will include slides, discussion, video clips, games...
Students will learn about multiple interesting animals, their physical characteristics, behaviors, and habitats. *active listening *critical thinking *discussion and speaking practice *classmate interaction /games
The teacher will provide a variety of engaging handouts so the student can continue to interact with the material even after the class is completed. These handouts may encourage more curiosity about the animal kingdom.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
