Description
Class Experience
Does your early elementary student love to paint, draw and create? This is the class for them! Keeping younger learners in mind, each class is 40 minutes long and focuses on what they love to do ... Create. Each week, the students will complete a different art project using paper, scissors, crayons, paint, and other household items. Weekly projects vary based on season and student ability. A project overview with a materials list will be added to the classroom each week. I also offer this...
Students should have access to basic art supplies such as plain paper, construction paper, scissors, glue, and coloring supplies. Additional materials may be required based on the project. A project overview with materials list will be added to the online classroom each week.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
No previous art experience is required. Students should be able to hold a paintbrush, utilize coloring supplies, and operate scissors with or without adult assistance. Younger students or those with learning differences may require adult assistance. Adults must stay off-screen. Please let me know of any accommodations before class begins.
