Informal assessment: Observation of completed drawing.Class Experience
The class will start out with short introductions. There will be a directed drawing of an Owl. The teacher will model the steps. Students will be encouraged to add their own unique details and create a background. Students will be encouraged to share their drawing and describe it. This project is best done with a variety of art materials such as crayons, colored pencils or markers. Students are encouraged to bring whatever materials they have on hand. No prior knowledge of art techniques needed. If this class interests your learner please sign up for the class. I'll take the slot and teach even if it's just one learner. Learning Goals

Supply List
Pencil, Pencil Sharpener, Eraser, something to color with such as crayons, oil pastels, chalk pastels, colored pencils, or markers. *Students are encouraged to bring whatever art materials they have on hand.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
