Parental Guidance
Due to the fact that scissors are listed as a class material in Art From The Heart, it is important that extra safety precautions are taken if your learner uses them. If learners use scissors in this class, it is important that they are able to do so safely. In this class, the use of scissors is optional to your learner. If your learner is unable to use scissors safely independently, or they do not feel comfortable using scissors, they have the option to tear/rip their artwork during the times we will be using scissors. As your instructor, I will make that clear when we use scissors during class time. Scissors are not a requirement for this class.
Supply List
Learners will need basic art supplies that are usually found at home. This includes scissors, a glue stick, crayons, markers, a small watercolor set, colored pencils, an eraser, and paper.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
