This course is identical to my semester course, only available as a weekly subscription format. You can find the link to the multi-day course here: Let's have fun exploring the wonderful world of art together! In ongoing course taught by experienced and certified educator and artist- Amy Pollman, learners will have the opportunity to be introduced to art making and art making processes. Learners will create beautiful artworks using basic techniques of drawing, cutting, gluing, pasting, painting, sculpting, and color concepts. In addition, we will briefly discuss art history and culture from around the world as it pertains to our projects. Learners will learn a new weekly concept taught by Ms. Amy in demonstration and also referenced in context through a brief PowerPoint which will illustrate our technique. Learners are encouraged to be interpretive and imaginative with the projects as they are assigned. Students will have the opportunity to begin their projects and complete them after class if necessary. My teaching style playful yet informed. I keep the students motivated and inspired in a collaborative, interpretive friendly, inclusive and culture conscience classroom. Classes will always have the theme introduced in the beginning, learners will participate in a short demo and then they will have a good portion of the class to create. Each week students will get a list of supplies that they will need to bring to class. It is important that the students come with the supplies they need for each project so class may operate in a timely manner. Course supplies are listed in the supply list below.
