Class experience
In this ongoing class, I will teach art at a beginner level (elementary age). This art class is perfect for young artists who want to learn the basics, like simple drawing, basic form, shape, creative thinking and basic storytelling. I always teach my classes on mute, but I encourage learners to unmute if they need help or have questions. When I teach, I lead by example. Learners who take this ongoing class will learn to draw, simple cartoons, learn, basic lighting, learn, beginner, acrylic, painting, techniques, and learn basic drawing skills.
I am a seasoned artist with a degree in graphic design. I’ve worked for a variety of advertising agencies as an art director/creative lead , I have worked as an illustrator, and I sell art privately. Art is a huge part of my life.
Homework Offered
I don’t assign homework, but if learners don’t finish their work and class time, I will expect them to finish it after class. Learners are welcome to do extra work for homework if they like.Assessments Offered
I will not be providing grades for this class, but I will provide feedback if learners send me their artwork from class after class in the private teacher area.Grades Offered
