Informal assessment of watercolor paintings.Class Experience
In this 5 day course students will learn how to watercolor. The instruction for the watercolor paintings will be step by step. Each day there will be a new project. Students will be encouraged to add their own unique details to their masterpieces. My teaching style is patient and I encourage the students to have fun! Students will be able to interact with the teacher and ask questions at any point. This class will help students build confidence as they explore different watercolor painting techniques. The techniques will be incorporated into the project and not a separate lesson. At the end of each classes students will be encouraged to share their art work. This is of course optional if there is a student that really doesn't feel comfortable doing so, however it is also highly encouraged with this type of participation. I do give my own engaging words of support, encouragement and praise to each individual student who shares their art in our classroom. No prior art classes are needed for this class. The topics for the class will be learner lead.
