I am so excited to be sharing my love for painting in impressionism acrylic paintings with you. In this art club students will get to know impressionism acrylic painting techniques ( composition, backgrounds, color mixing, brush strokes) by creating the following paintings. I will be guiding students step by step to paint along with me each day and students will always get my encouragement to be more creative in their paintings. They can interact with me live through conversation. Below are the materials for Acrylic Paintings: Materials needed for Acrylic Painting classes: Mixed Media or Acrylic paper or Canvas or panel 9 x 12 ( inch). Please note that a larger paper or canvas will take extra time to finish it. Therefore, I recommended to work on a 9 x 12 (inch)paper or canvas, so that in an hour student will be able to finish it and will learn so many skills as well. Pencil Paper plate for paint palette, one big brush, one medium wide brush, one thin brush, cup of water and Paper Towel . Basic Acrylic paints: ( Blue, white, pink, purple, red, yellow, green, brown, black )

Teacher expertise and credentials
Mooni is a Canadian based Finger Painting artist of modern impressionism and textural expressionist oil and acrylic paintings.
Currently living in Toronto, she had previously worked and lived in Asia, Middle east and Europe. She is a graduate in engineering and holds an MBA as well. She started doing paintings in 2010 and sold through commissions. Her work is comprised of Landscapes and Cityscapes but she also loves florals. For her, art is a great way of scratching the soul through textures, colors, depths and giving a vision of life through an Artist’s eyes. When words are not enough then stroke speaks.
What I will teach?
I will teach how to paint using different mediums such as acrylic, oil pastels, soft pastels, sketching, and watercolors. I can share my skills with any type of learner from basic to advanced levels. I have been a full-time professional acrylic and oil paintings artist since 2010. I had previously worked and lived in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Canada is my home now, and I have developed a great collection of acrylic textural artworks that have caught the attention of several Ontario art galleries.
I like to create art to capture my audience’s attention, and through textures I make them feel to be connected with my paintings. As I am a mother of three beautiful kids, which I have to take care of by staying at home, I see outschool as a great opportunity to fulfill my passion. It helps me to share my skills and experience with young artists out there from the comfort of my home. Through my passion for art, I feel strength, determination, consistency, and the potential to stand still in storms. It gives me that feeling of being special and blessed. Never lose hope and do your best till the best come!
I also offer private art clubs and classes ( one to one tutoring ). You can request me to have class according to your time schedule. If your kid wants to paint along with his/ her friend then I can increase the space for learner, once you inform me.
