Students will be learning all about famous artist Pablo Picasso and create art inspired by him as well. In this Art Camp ,We will be creating salt dough to use for our project. This course will include gaining knowledge of art history during the Cubism Period and will involve hands on work. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
2 hours 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental Guidance will be required for the baking part. After students create their project , before we paint it, it will need to be baked in the oven at 250 degrees for 2.5 hours the day before the next class. Parents will be required to do the baking part until it hardens then put somewhere safe to cool down for the next day for art camp. Parental Guidance is recommended while student is mixing the flour, salt, and water in a bowl.
