*Certified Yoga/Meditation Instructor and Therapeutic Art Life Coach with over 200 teacher training hours accredited by Yoga Alliance, Place of Bliss Academy, Primo Learn, and Transformation Academy, integrating holistic wellness practices into the educational experience.

Homework Offered
At the end of each class, if students haven't completed their project, they are welcome to finish it up after class without any pressure. The goal is for every student to feel proud of their work, so feel free to take extra time to ensure everyone can create something they love.
