In this course, the teacher will help the student draft and edit a professional and concise college application essay. The student will learn strategies that will help them capitalize on their strengths and articulate them into a well-crafted essay. Some things we will make sure to discuss: - Passions - Involvement - Goals - Experiences - Etc. to help establish what the essay`s message will be to the admissions board. At the end of the lesson, students will have completed a detailed draft of their college admissions essay. *Editing and writing a college essay takes time. Therefore, for students wanting to complete a final copy of their essay, they will be encouraged to sign up for another session(s).*
