The purpose of this class is to practice meditation, mindfulness, and affirmations to soothe the worried mind. Learners will have 20 minutes of peace and calm and will gain tools to help them when feeling anxious.
I am a personal development teacher with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in education. Also, I have training in emotional resiliency through HeartMath. I am a certified HeartMath coach and I have felt called to help preteens and teens learn how to manage their emotions and enjoy their childhood with more joy.
