In this one time, thirty minute class, students will learn fun information about okapis (habitat, diet, physical characteristics), create a craft, and participate in a trivia game. This class covers both art and science.

In this thirty minute class, students will learn about the physical characteristics of okapis. They will discuss the habitat and diet of okapis and learn several fun facts. They will learn about why okapis are endangered. Students will paint their hands to create an okapi hand print craft. The class will finish with a trivia game all about what was learned in class. Students do not need to have any prior knowledge about okapis in order to participate in this class. I look forward to teaching your children! Miss Erin

Supply List
*If you do not have the following supplies, your child can still participate in this class.(They can use a pencil, paper, and coloring materials.) Supply List: paper paint (brown, white, black.) You can also use markers/crayons/colored pencils paintbrush paper towels/baby wipes to clean their hands.
