Class experience

Students will continue to develop skills in artistic expression and artistic decision making.
Students will be introduced to drawing, painting, collage techniques.
Students will know art vocabulary terms mosaic, crayon resist, and frottage.
Learners will be exposed to the artwork of Antoni Gaudi.
The two things I love most in life is art and teaching! I have a degree in art education and have lots of experience working with young students. I think that basic understanding of art techniques and theories are important things that students should learn to not only further their art skills but also to see the beauty in the world around them!
Week 1: Colored paper (2 different blues, grey, black, white), scissors, glue
Week 2: White paper, paint, painting supplies (paint brush, water cup, paper towels, etc.)
