Class Experience

This class qualifies for the Summer Smash Challenge! 
In this summer's reading challenge we will enjoy traveling around the world and learning about many different animals through reading Level I-L stories. Leveling of stories is based on the Fountas and Pinnell literacy continuum and stories are taken from RAZ kids Reading A-Z program.  Students will keep a animal journal and there will be fun extension activities that can be downloaded from class page after class.

Parental Guidance
Raz-kid leveled stories will be projected on screen for you learner to read. You will not need to access any other site and will not have to subscribe to anything for this class.
Supply List
Student will need small spiral notebook or composition book, pencil and crayons or colored pencils.

My last years of classroom experience was in the public school system as an intervention tutor in reading and math.
