The aim of this course is to teach the basic vocabulary and grammar of the Italian language to the students. This includes holidays, hobbies, and places of interest in Italian. The students will practice their Italian skills through a variety of games, songs and opportunities to converse with each other in Italian. The students will also gain an understanding of Italian culture and society through the lessons; which will also assist their Italian language skills. Each lesson will commence with a review of the previous lesson so that the learners can remember and re-use the important vocabulary and content from the previous lesson. Please see the schedule below for weekly lesson subject content: Week 1- Where I live! Describing where I live in Italian Week 2- Going on holiday! Describing my holiday and the other types of holidays in Italian. Week 3- My hobbies! Asking and telling other people about your hobbies in Italian. Week 4- Animals and pets. What pet do you have? Describe it in Italian. Week 5- The sports. Do you play sports? Describe your favourite sports in Italian. Week 6- Clothing and fashion. Get trendy in this class by describing your favourite clothes in Italian. Week 7- Grocery shopping. Learn how to shop for food in Italian in this lesson to buy a tasty snack in Italian. Week 8- Transport. How do you travel? Describe how you travel in Italian.

Students will be improving and continuing to develop their Italian language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, vocabulary) in this 8-week course

Hello, my name is Roberto! I am an ESL teacher offering lessons in ESL, French and Italian at all levels. I am also offering tuition in English literature and language up to GCSE level. The classes that I am offering are suitable for students of all levels from differing backgrounds. I have been teaching these three subjects for three years now and I desire the opportunities to expand upon my experience. I am currently teaching these subjects for other companies too which provides me with knowledge on how to teach them accordingly. I believe that learning a new language can broaden your horizons and increase your skills in process new content and information.
