In this American Girl Themed Hip Hop Dance Class students will be learning fundamentals of hip hop dance as they dance with their American Girl Doll! Class begins with a meet and greet, a short warm-up, then they will learn a fun dance combination along with their doll to an upbeat age appropriate song! No previous dance experience is needed. Please be sure to have an open area to move around in without any obstacles that may get in the way. Students are welcome to have a water bottle nearby. Get ready to move, shake, and get your hip hop on!
Learning Goals
Students will learn some basic hip hop dance movements and choreography! We will also work on flexibility, balance, and control movements.

Supply List
It is important to have somewhat of an open space to move and jump around without any obstacles. No shoes are needed, they can go barefoot or wear socks. Attire can be shorts and a t-shirt or anything that they can comfortably move around in. They are welcome to have a water bottle available nearby. Don't forget to bring your favorite American Girl Doll to class!
