This ongoing biology class is all about insects, spiders and other arthropods. Over 80% of all species of animals are arthropods, such as insects and we will learn about a different family or species of arthropod every week. There are so many exciting things to discover about the biology of each of these animals. - After taking this class, students will be able to identify the arthropod they learned about. They will be familiar with its classification, its body structure and its lifestyle.
I hold a Masters Degree in Entomology from McGill University, Canada and I used to work at an insect museum where I took care of the collection, gave tours and bred insects.
