Come join my classroom for a fun and zany storytime of "Alpha Oops! The Day Z Went First." A wonderful story where the alphabet letters are out of place and not going where they are supposed to while demonstrating letter sounds and word associations of the letters. It also teaches that it is ok to be last, first or in between! We will do a short activity of putting the alphabet back in place after storytime with the downloadable activity. Students do not need any previous knowledge of the alphabet as this story can help make it more exciting to learn.
Learning Goals
During this class your student will learn phonetics of the letters, letter awareness outside of the normal order, like the Montessori method. Your child will learn the sounds each letter makes.
