Let's be honest, either love them or hate them. For my family, we love them! Regardless of how you feel about them, they are super fun to use in science experiments! So grab some Peeps and get ready for some fun! How does this work? Recordings will be posted every morning for one week. The recordings will be recorded as if your learner is in a class. Learners will be presented with the daily science experiment or challenge. Learners will then have the opportunity to complete activity on their own time and report their findings back to the class in the classroom page. Learners will share pictures of the Peep throughout the experiment, as well as the data they collected during the experiments. As a class, we will create our own data based on everyone’s findings. Each following video will provide insight on the previous experiment as well as presenting the next experiment. Schedule: Day 1- Dissolving Peeps Day 2- Peeps Stem Day 3- Sink or Float Day 4- Impacts of Temperature on Peeps Day 5- Marshmallow Peep Kahoot Game What is required: 4 packs of Chick Marshmallow Peeps Toothpicks Jelly beans or hardened mini marshmallows Access to a microwave (Parent guidance required during Week 4) Variety of liquids: Sprite, vinegar, orange juice, water Supplied daily worksheet This is a fun class that your learner won’t want to miss! All of my classes are inclusive. Please message me prior to class to discuss accommodations that your learner may need.
