Come with me on our farm to talk chickens! I will walk students through the chicken's entire life starting with the egg. We will visit my chickens during the class.

During this class, students will learn all about chickens starting at the very beginning, the egg! We will talk about how long it takes for the chick to hatch, how long it takes for the chick to mature, and how long the life span of a chicken is in general. We will talk about the basic health needs of a chicken. I have allotted an hour of my time for this class, as always, I allow my students to decide when they've reached their knowledge capacity. If 30 minutes in, they are all "chickened" out, we will end the class.
