Sharpen your Algebra 1 skills and get ready for Algebra 2. If you want to ensure success in Algebra 2, take this summer review camp! This will be fun and interactive, with some games added in!

Intermediate Level
Algebra 1 topics will be covered and Algebra 2 material will be previewed. I have selected the most troublesome areas of Algebra 1 that are also crucial for success in Algebra 2 to review. These classes will be taught with a white board to demonstrate concepts. Student involvement is encouraged. Leading questions will be asked while working problems together. Students will become experts in algebra 1 material and be ready to learn algebra 2 with success.
I am a math tutor with a masters in Civil Engineering. The Civil Engineering curriculum is very math heavy, so a good algebra foundation is critical. I have also observed a need for students going into algebra 2 to review algebra 1 and be proficient on those topics.
Homework Offered
Practice is important! Practice problems will be given for each class. These can be submitted for correction to the instructor.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class
