This is the first quarter of Algebra 2. This course is rigorous and should only be taken by students who have successfully completed Algebra 1. This class is best for self-motivated students who like math and will work hard both in and outside of class. Students will expand upon the skills they learned in Algebra 1. - In this quarter, we will focus on the skills of solving multi-step equations and inequalities, solving linear systems, and graphing functions and their transformations in the coordinate plane.
I have been teaching/tutoring middle and high school math for 8 years and love it!

Curriculum will be provided by the instructor. A printer will be needed to print out notes and assignents. A basic calculator will be needed (recommended--TI-30X IIS) and we will use the free online graphing calculator, Desmos.com
