Our class will cover the Next Generation standards and content necessary for success on the upcoming Algebra 1 regents. We will go through all content via a Mock Exam which students will not have seen. I will teach through an "I do", "You do", "We do" format. I am very patient and will be able to reach a variety of learners through my teaching style. I always incorporate interactive activities into my lessons as well and will provide them with FREE videos they can watch if they need...

Week 1Lesson 1Mock Algebra 1 Regents exam Part 1 questions 1-12This lesson will use a never released mock exam using the NG standards. We will unpack the first 12 questions, learning content as we learn strategies on this multiple choice section.Week 2Lesson 2Mock Algebra 1 Regents Exam Part 1 Questions 12-24This lesson will use a never released mock exam using the NG standards. We will unpack the questions 13-23 learning content as we learn strategies on this multiple choice section.Week 3Lesson 3Mock Algebra Regents Exam Part 2This lesson will use a never released mock exam using the NG standards. We will unpack the Part 2 of this regents, learning content as we learn strategiesWeek 4Lesson 4Mock Algebra Regents Exam Part 3This lesson will use a never released mock exam using the NG standards. We will unpack the Part 3 & Part 4 questions, learning content as we learn strategies.
Students will remediate their skills as I model the work for them, and build to mastery to meet their goals on the Regents examination.
I am a 24 year veteran teacher licensed 7-12 NYS and currently working in the Bronx as a NYC DOE teacher.

Learners should have completed the full Algebra 1 course at their school or homeschool curriculum and be ready to review and learn test taking strategies.
